Accident Protection Plan covers:

Scheyden Precision Eyewear is pleased to offer the “3 Year Accident Protection Plan”. This program is satisfied with replacement of 1 frame and lens combination and covers irreparable damage, loss, or theft of the originally purchased frame and lens only. This covers a one-time replacement; every subsequent frame needs to have one “3 Year Accident Protection” purchase.

The program does not cover:

  • Custom lenses
  • RX lenses
  • Protective Cases
  • Cleaning cloths
  • Shipping/ Handling costs

Note

Accident Protection claims may not be made until 30 days following the purchase of the eyewear.

If Scheyden is unable to replace the exact frame due to style modifications, we may replace it with a similar style of similar value.
