Standard Return Policy
If your item isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of the date you received it for a refund or exchange, as long as the product is:
- In new, unused condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping Charges
We only refund initial shipping costs if the item is defective or if there was a shipping error on our part. Please contact our Customer Service team if this applies to your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are nonrefundable:
- Customized or special orders
- Prescription orders
- Discounted or final sale items
- Gift cards (except where required by law)
- Free promotional items not returned with the original order
Returns are accepted only in the country where the original purchase was made.
